"Be yourself" and "be authentic" are phrases that have been repeated to us our entire lives. We are all constantly being told to be ourselves, but few of us fully understand what this means. There are many different definitions of authenticity and self-love, but the most important thing is to find what makes you feel most confident.

Self-love is the key to success. You will only be able to do great things if you believe in yourself and are proud of who you are. People should stop putting so much pressure on themselves, which only leads to self-doubt and unhappiness, which ultimately affects their success in life as well as the relationships they have with others around them.
